I had written my own copy for my first website (as you do when starting a business). The business expanded and I needed a new site with more personality. I couldn’t bear to attempt writing about myself or my services as my customers see them. I knew I wouldn’t achieve the tone and message I wanted to convey. I knew I needed Emma to assist.
Emma was very personable. She understood the reality of life as a business owner, and I could hear her passion and desire for helping small businesses when she spoke. I was confident she would achieve the message I wanted to send. I was very time poor and Emma made every effort to work within my capabilities, such as phone briefings and copy feedback sessions.
